GenLIMS was not designed for a brochure. It is the software that ran a NABL-accredited laboratory's day — bookings, reports, bills, audits — before it was made available to other labs.
Most testing labs still run on a patchwork: a booking register, results in Excel, reports in Word, bills in an accounting package, follow-ups on WhatsApp, and the quality files in a cupboard. Reports go out late, bookings are never billed, and the week before an NABL assessment is spent assembling paper. The software that became GenLIMS was written to remove those hand-offs in one laboratory, one problem at a time. That is why it covers the parts most lab software leaves out — payroll, vehicles, the marketing team's ledger, the assessor's registers.
The complete laboratory lifecycle: sample bookings and job orders, analyst assignment, test reports with QR verification, dispatch, GST invoicing and payments, quotations and purchase orders, client ledgers, HR and payroll with biometric attendance, inventory, vehicles, WhatsApp and email, an AI assistant, two Android apps, and the quality records ISO/IEC 17025:2017 expects — with a roadmap that shows where each clause stands.
